Version 1.50.24 Released

Version 1.50.24 is a focused responsive-layout hotfix for the Arcade interface on smartphones.

After the recent Arcade expansion and UI consolidation, several panels had become too dense on narrow displays. On iPhone-sized screens, dashboard cards could overlap, labels could collide, and the Cabinet Briefing hero could place decorative elements directly over important text.

This update fixes those issues without changing Arcade progression, rewards, records, quests, challenges, or save behavior.

Command Deck Mobile Layout Fixed

The largest issue affected the Arcade Command Deck.

A late desktop CSS rule was overriding the intended responsive layout and forcing the dashboard back into a wide multi-column configuration even on smartphone screens.

This caused labels and values such as:

• Achievements
• Records
• Challenges
• Badges
• Hall of Fame
• Integrity

to become compressed or overlap neighboring cards.

The responsive cascade has now been corrected.

On narrow mobile displays, the Command Deck uses a stable two-column layout with enough space for labels, values, and secondary information to wrap correctly.

Responsive Cascade Hardened

The issue was not only visual.

The underlying CSS ordering allowed later desktop rules to override earlier mobile breakpoints.

Version 1.50.24 removes that regression path and adds stronger narrow-screen rules so that later presentation changes cannot as easily force desktop grid behavior back onto mobile devices.

Special attention was given to widths in the 320–430 px range.

Cabinet Hero Overlap Fixed

The Cabinet Briefing hero also received a dedicated mobile layout.

Previously, the large cabinet icon and circular background decoration could overlap the:

label and other header content.

On mobile, the hero now reserves a dedicated visual area for the icon and decorative glow.

The cabinet eyebrow, title, description, and tags begin below that area instead of competing for the same space.

More Compact Cabinet Presentation

The mobile Cabinet Briefing layout has been tightened without reducing readability.

Changes include:

• Smaller decorative hero elements
• Reduced background-circle footprint
• More compact heading spacing
• Improved tag wrapping
• Reduced vertical gaps between briefing sections
• More efficient metadata-card spacing

The result is a shorter and cleaner cabinet overview on phones.

Command Deck Card Improvements

Dashboard cards now behave more predictably on narrow screens.

Long labels are allowed to wrap instead of being forced into neighboring cards.

Secondary text is also constrained more carefully so that detailed statistics do not distort the entire dashboard grid.

The underlying metrics remain unchanged.

Next Moves Mobile Polish

The Next Moves section has also been adjusted for smaller displays.

Cards now use tighter spacing and more flexible text wrapping so that long challenge names, cabinet names, and progression descriptions remain readable without creating unnecessary horizontal pressure.

Touch Target Consistency

Interactive Arcade controls retain mobile-friendly touch sizing.

Buttons in the affected Arcade interfaces maintain a minimum touch height of approximately 44 px, reducing the risk of very small controls after the layout compaction.

No Gameplay or Progression Changes

Version 1.50.24 is strictly a presentation hotfix.

No reward values or progression requirements were modified.

Standalone Cabinet Compatibility

None of the 13 standalone Arcade games were changed.

All 26 standalone Arcade files remain byte-identical to version 1.50.23.

The fix is isolated to the Knights of Crystalis Arcade presentation layer.
